Free Shipping on most products. Good rates on the rest.
We know that shipping costs are very important to you. To keep your shipping cost low each of our products has one of 3 shipping options:
- Free Shipping (most products)
- Flat Rate Shipping
- Parcel Shipping
Free Shipping (most products)
We offer Free Shipping for most of our products. Products shipped with our Free Shipping typically take 2-4 days to arrive. When a product with Free Shipping is in your shopping cart, you will see the text “Free Shipping Item(s)” listed in the Shipping Code column.
If you need an item faster than what our Free Shipping will deliver, you can select Next Day Air shipping for an additional fee.
Flat Rate Shipping
Products with Flat Rate Shipping ship anywhere the product ships for the same rate. These items typically are larger items that require special shipping methods and considerations. When a product with Flat Rate Shipping is in your shopping cart, you will see the text “Flat Rate Item(s)” listed in the Shipping Code column.
For some of our products it is not practical for us to offer free or flat rate shipping. For these items we offer good shipping rates on standard shipping. Products shipped with our Standard Parcel Shipping typically take 2-4 days to arrive. When a product with Parcel Shipping is in your shopping cart, you will see the text “Parcel Item(s)” listed in the Shipping Code column.
If you need an item faster than what our Standard Parcel Shipping will deliver, you can select Next Day Air shipping for an additional fee.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, the couriers that we use do not deliver to PO boxes in all locations. To ensure that you receive your shipment we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
When will my order ship?
Unless the product you ordered is on backorder, orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. You can always view the status of your order on the in the Orders menu in your My Account area.
What if the product I ordered is on backorder?
If a product in your order is found to be on backorder after you’ve placed the order, a customer service representative will contact you to let you know. The customer service
rep will give you an estimate (if possible) on the estimated length of time of the backorder, at which time you can make a decision on whether
or not to wait on the product or to remove it from the order. If you choose to leave a backordered product on your order you will not be charged for it until it ships.
What if the product I ordered has been discontinued?
If a product in your order is found to have been discontinued after you’ve placed the order, you will be notified by a customer service representative. If a replacement product is available the rep will give
you the option of ordering that product or cancelling. If you would like to cancel your order for that product, you can do so through the customer support rep as well.
What shipping options do I have?
Most products come with two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping:
- With standard shipping your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after it is shipped.
- Next Day Shipping
- With next day shipping your order will arrive the next business day after it is shipped.
note that some products are ineligible for NDA delivery. These products
do not have the NDA delivery option available in the choice of shipping
options and must be shipped via the Standard Shipping method.
When will my order arrive?
Most products ship within 24 hours of the order being placed and will arrive 3-5 days later or the next day for standard and NDA shipping options,respectively. Please note that NDA orders must be placed before 12:00 noon EST in order to arrive the next calendar day. Saturday delivery is available by special request, but must be requested by either noting it in the notes section of the order, or by calling (866) 625-9377.
How many packages will I receive?
The number of packages that you receive will depend upon the number of products and quantities that you order. Tracking numbers will be available for each of your packages.
What is the status of my order?
To view the status of your order, simply go the My Account link at the top of the website. After you’ve logged in, expand the “Orders” menu below your profile information. This will list all of the orders you’ve placed along with status of each.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
- Select the My Account tab. Your orders will be displayed in the Orders menu.
- If your product has shipped, you will see a tracking number for the order that you placed.
- Copy the Shipping Tracking number, go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html, and paste the tracking code into the UPS tracking tool in order to see the status of the shipment.
